Absolutely not, the challenges are only suggestions based on your profile, preferences and location. If you do not want to do a challenge for any reason, simply "Skip" to get a different challenge suggestion or click "Delete" on any previously accepted challenge.

LifeMonky is free and always will be! We do have a few optional premium features to enhance your life challenge experience, which are included in the LifeMonky Premium.

For each friend you invite that signs up and verifies their account, you will earn 10 referral points. These points will accumulate and may be redeemed for rewards.

If you are enjoying it, do nothing at the end of the trial and your subscription will automatically renew month-to-month for as long as you want. You can easily cancel online anytime, 48 hours in advance before the trial ends.
